SNOW STORM

Monday, February 8, 2010: Following the City of Fairfax closures and delays Truro Church will be closed, due to major snow. Tuesday, February 9, 2010: The Truro campus will be open*. We are looking for able-bodied individuals with snow removal equipment (e.g., shovels, snowblowers, ice picks, salt, etc.), to help clear out snow at 9 am. Please contact Doug LeMasters at dlemasters@trurochurch.org if you are able to volunteer your time and equipment. Coffee and doughnuts will be provided. More updates may be available as the winter storm approaches. Please check Truro's voice message at 703.273.1300 and the website for additional information. ****According to the National Weather Service a Winter Storm Warning is in effect from noon Tuesday to 7 pm Wednesday, with expected snow accumulations of 10 to 20 inches. *** More information
